The laboratory is equipped with a variety of advanced analytical instruments and test equipment for comprehensive testing and analysis of raw materials and products.  From spectrometers and mass spectrometers to rheometers and tensile testing machines, the use of these devices ensures quality stability and compliance with industry standards.

High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is an important tool in the laboratory for separating, identifying and quantifying various chemical components.  In the research and development of cellulose ethers, the application of HPLC makes the analysis of complex components more rapid and accurate, and provides a strong support for the development of new products.

The laboratory is also equipped with cellulose ether production simulation equipment, which can simulate the actual production process, test and adjust new formulations and production processes.  This simulation helps predict potential challenges in actual production and optimizes production processes to ensure consistent product quality.

The application of electron microscopy in the laboratory has facilitated the study of the microstructure of cellulose ethers.  Through high-resolution imaging, researchers can gain insight into the particle structure and surface topography of cellulose ether, providing powerful data support for product performance improvement and innovation.

In order to pursue real-time monitoring and process control of production, the laboratory is also equipped with an advanced real-time monitoring system.  These systems continuously monitor production parameters to ensure that each batch meets the company's quality standards, ensuring efficient production.
